Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Grades 1 & 2 Sideline Cheer

$425 registration fee is due at time of registration (non-refundable). Registration fee does not include ancillary & optional fees such as, but not limited to: end of season events (banquets), car wash tickets, exhibition or showcase tickets and optional gear (varies by team). Starting July 1st, the registration fee will increase to $525 as early bird registration will end. It is at the director & head coaches’ discretion to accept late athletes. All New Families are subject to a $50 one time / one per family GYCL League fee. This fee will be invoiced separately to new families once registration is complete. All registration fees are non-refundable.

Grades 3-8 Sideline Cheer

Starting June 1st, the registration fee will increase to $525 as early bird registration will end. It is at the director & head coaches’ discretion to accept late athletes. Starting in 2025, all new members of the Greenwich Youth Cheerleading League (GYCL) will be required to pay a one-time entry fee of $50 per individual at the time of registration. Families that have registered with the GYCL prior to the 2025 Fall season will be grandfathered into the previous fee structure, which requires a one-time $50 entry fee per family. These families will have a period of five years from the date of their initial $50 one-time family fee, under the old structure, before they will be subject to the new individual entry fee. After the five-year period, families will be required to pay the $50 entry fee per individual for new members joining the league. All registration fees are non-refundable.
