About Us
The Greenwich Youth Cheerleading League (GYCL), formed in 2004, operates as an entity alongside the Gateway/Greenwich Youth Football League (GYFL). Participation in the GYCL program provides girls and boys, in 3rd through 8th grade, the opportunity to perform in an organized, supervised and safe environment. At the heart of the program, GYCL emphasizes safety, fun for all and encourages the development of teamwork and fundamental skills.
